ISTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTERS
Oral Presentations
- Oral presentations will be 10 min in duration
- Each oral presentation session block will consist of 3 presentations in succession, followed by a 15 min question/answer panel for the presenters
- Each oral presentation will be pre-loaded to the convention center presentation software platform prior to the presentation…you are not required to bring your own device
What to submit:
- Oral presentation files should be saved and uploaded as Powerpoint PPT file type. Other file types will NOT be accepted (eg. GoogleSlides, PDF, Canva, etc)
- Please save your file with the following naming convention: “Day_Time_LastName_FirstName” Example: Friday_1115_Sum_Jonathan
- You can find your day and time of your oral presentation HERE
- Please upload your file to this folder: Oral Presentations
- Deadline to upload your oral presentation PPT file is end of day September 21, 2026
E-Poster Presentations
- E-Posters will be presented on monitors during the meeting
What to submit:
- E-Posters should be saved in landscape layout as a single page PDF file type. Other file types will NOT be accepted (eg. Powerpoint, GoogleSlide, KeyNote, etc)
- Please save your file with the following naming convention: “LastName_FirstName_Title” Example: “Sum_Jonathan_Medial Elbow Stiffness”
- You can find your E-Poster title HERE
- Please save your file to this folder: E-Posters
- Deadline to upload your E-poster presentation PDF file is end of day September 21, 2026
Physical Poster Presentations
- Bring your physical poster to registration to put up to the poster boards
- Physical posters should be no larger than 1 metre square
